Sten was our sales person and he took the time to take us to multiple lots to ensure we saw a variety of campers within our requirements. The dealership culture seems to be that of no pressure, which was refreshing as we are also car shopping and many other dealerships are extremely aggressive post-covid. Overall, a great buying experience, answered questions, always available by phone, no add on sales pushes in financing office, good prices, and a few perks that came along with purchase. The service crew at Johnnie Walker RV, 4784 Boulder Hwy, were wonderful! We wanted to find a good tow system for our Class C RV and our Ford Edge. With Ronnie’s guidance, he directed us to the Blue Ox Tow System. Then Kirk assisted us in getting it ordered and ready to install. We traveled 4 hours from our home on the day it was ready, we arrived 11 am, Kirk got us set up and turned the rest over to Derek who showed us all the proper way[s] to set it up and covered all the safety features and protocols. He was very informative and helpful, as were all the people we dealt with. Great customer service! Thank you. On another note, the drive home towing our vehicle with this amazing tow system was great! Very easy tow, once we got home very easy to unhook and also getting it hooked back up. We had a great experience from start to finish. Mark was terrific and easy to work with. Tom spent all the time we needed to walk us through the operation of our Thor Magnitude and made sure we were comfortable with everything we needed to know. Lance stepped in when we had more questions and Tom had the day off. Leeann made the paperwork process easy. We took them up on their offer to spend the night in one of their camp spots and they were able to take care of some minor issues that popped up. Buying an RV from Johnnie Walker, is like buying from a family member.
Everyone at Johnny Walker is so nice. They never treat you like all they want is for you to spend your money there. Denny in the sales department sat me down and asked me many questions. He listened to my wants, and made recommendations as to what would be good for me. He never tried to sell me something I didn’t need, or something that was more than I would use. Al in the service department knows me by name, even thou I have only been there maybe three times in a year He always takes good care of me,, as do the guys in parts. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. It is a nice place just to come and look around. And the biggest thing for me was, NO PRESSURE. EVER!

Everyone treats you like family. I would not, and have not hesitated in recommending Johnny Walker’s to anyone looking to buy their first, or tenth RV. My next purchase, if their is one will be with Denny, at Johnny Walkers. Thanks to all of you. - John

We purchased an RV at the end of January. We went to a couple places to look for an RV that would fit my family of 5. As soon as we walked in JWRV, we were immediately greeted with warm friendly smiles and amazing customer service. The other place we visited that day was dirty, bad customer service, and the place was disgusting, so going into Johnnie Walker RV was a great view from the moment we walked in. Joe is an amazing sales guy! He found the exact RV that fit our family and he was awesome dealing with my 3 kids. Joe helped with every question that we had and he got the paperwork done very fast! This was an amazing experience and I would definitely go there again (and will go there if we need anything else). I’ve been looking for the right solution for a long time for my towing and recreational vehicle needs and when I came across the Johnny Walker ad for the Thor SV 34 and the awesome price that they had on it.
